Well this weekend we will be exploring either Mt. Watatic in Ashburnham, MA or Mt. Monadnock in Jaffrey, NH.  Monadnock looks so massive and from what I'm hearing, it's a pretty intense hike if you go out the "expert" trails.  That is if we are on trails at all.  The Green Explorers do not like to limit themselves to the trails.  Besides, it's off-trail where you find the most unusual things!

Watatic is almost perfectly round, and from what we can tell, has a pretty awesome view.  It is an easier hike than Mt. Monadnock, but I'm sure we will find plenty of things to keep us occupied.
