The ridge is the border between Mare Tranquillitatis and Mare Crisium.  Out of view to the lower right is the site of the Apollo 11 landing.

I've read several websites and the theorys about why the landings are faked. I don't believe it was. I was just trying to get under your skin. It didn't work. booo.

Yes, allegedly.  I've read quite a bit of the theories about the faked moon landing and while I guess it's true we'll never know for sure, I'm not convinced of any faking.

By the way, NASA has made available the mission audio in real-time (40 years later of course) as well as some remastered video.
