Appraisal came in A-OK. I have to add a step to the deck (its too tall for code) and there is a frayed wire leading INTO the meter where the power comes off the street. I THINK that the power company maintains everything before the meter, so I think thats as easy as calling the power company. Oh, and I might have to slap some paint on the garage. They took the asbestos siding off in February and didn't paint it or side it. All very manageable stuff. So everything points toward closing on time. August 14th. Party soon to follow... just give me time to get situated.
