The deal is dead. I will get out of the deal with a denial from the bank... so I don't lose any of my money. It just cost me $$ for the inspection and appraisal etc.. I have my agent putting an offer in on another house... actually my first choice.. as it just came back on the market last night. Almost 3 acres in Ware. Half the distance to work, almost 10 times the land.

As of right now, the appraisal came back ok value wise, but it was contingent upon getting the roof inspected for structural integrity. I am in the process of getting an inspector. My realtor has been amazing so far. Anyone looking for a house, let me know and I'll hook you up with this guy. He's gone the extra mile at every turn.... and lets face it, i'm not buying a big dollar house. That says a lot about the guy as far as I'm concerned.
