Ok I have it working now.  All videos uploaded from now on will use the new encoding method.  All existing videos should be converted by about 7:30AM tomorrow morning.  Please let me know if you notice any problems.

Yeah, I noticed the quality was awful after uploading for some reason...thats alot better. 

I found a way to make the videos way better.  Compare to this one and let me know what you think.
