On the left is Bare Mountain, just behind it is Mount Hitchcock. On the right side of the picture at the base of Bare Mountain is the former Strategic Air Command (SAC) bunker which closed down in the mid 70's.

Looking north at the Amherst area. This is the highest point of Mt. Norwottuck which stands at an impressive (for this area anyways) 1,106 feet. Mt. Norwottuck is the tallest mountain in the Holyoke Range.
