The reason the camera is pointed so low is so you can see the speedo. Its between 80 and 85mph.

This was about 12.5 hours into a work day. Almost home, in the dark. Megadeth comes on the radio. The only rational thing to do is go 85mph and work through traffic. 

Pete it was very inconsiderate of you to tease us with 14 seconds of Symphony of Destruction, you should have gotten the whole song!
