This is what happens when your clutch brake disintegrates, and you leave the old stamped steel rings on the input shaft for a year, while continuing to use the truck. Its ok, I like money.

This is an perfect example of severe cavitation erosion on a cyinder liner. This case was so severe that the pinholes actually had gone through the liner and began leaking coolant into the crankcase past the piston. This is 100% preventable, and happens because owners don't take care of their cooling systems. Again, I like money.
